These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of VoxHQ websites, demos, and related Voice OS services offered by VoxHQ (“VoxHQ,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site or engaging VoxHQ for services, you agree to these Terms.
VoxHQ provides custom Voice OS deployments and related implementation work. Engagements are scoped to your call-handling, workflow, integration, routing, follow-up, and support requirements. Recurring services, ongoing support, hosting, telephony, or usage-based charges apply only when separately agreed in writing.
Pricing, scope, usage limits, support levels, integrations, implementation requirements, timelines, and payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement between you and VoxHQ. Nothing on the public website constitutes a fixed price list, subscription package, free trial offer, or automatic conversion to a paid plan.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement, the signed commercial document controls for that engagement.
No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use. Don’t attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse-engineer the service or related systems. You are responsible for content, call scripts, approved workflows, and instructions you provide for your deployment.
Unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement, services and website materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may update website content or suspend demo features at any time. These Terms do not create service-level, uptime, refund, unlimited-usage, or compliance certification commitments.
